By accessing or using the Crossover Retreat website (the "Site") and submitting your email address through any form provided on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Crossover
The Crossover Retreat ("Crossover," "we," "us," or "our") is a private gathering and content production program. Crossover is not a financial advisory firm, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or any other professional advice.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.
4. Email submissions & electronic communications consent
By submitting your email address on the Site, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications from Crossover related to the retreat, including event updates, partnership information, content releases, and related programming. You acknowledge that (a) you are providing your own email address or one you are authorized to use, (b) consent to receive emails is not a condition of any purchase, and (c) message frequency varies. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email you receive from us or by emailing partnerships@basketscapital.com. 4a. CAN-SPAM
We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email we send identifies the sender as Crossover Retreat, includes our valid physical postal address ([INSERT POSTAL ADDRESS]), and provides a clear unsubscribe mechanism honored promptly. The Site and our email program are intended for U.S. residents only.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is the property of Crossover or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Event participation
Attendance at the Crossover Retreat is by invitation only. Submission of your email address through the Site does not constitute an invitation, registration, or guarantee of any kind.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. You and Crossover each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state of residence.
11a. Arbitration (optional, U.S. residents)
At either party's election, any dispute that is not resolved informally within 60 days of written notice may be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing partnerships@basketscapital.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
11b. California users
Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: if you have a question or complaint regarding the Site, please contact partnerships@basketscapital.com.
